About Blossom Puamohala Johnston
Blossom is a disruptor for the greater good. As the CEO/ founder of Idaho Partners for Good and Impact Team, she is reimagining philanthropy and nonprofit effectiveness, ensuring that giving isn't just generous—it’s strategic, impactful, and transformative. With over 35 years of experience spanning government, business, and nonprofit sectors, Blossom has worked at the highest levels to improve the well-being of families and children.
A champion of innovation, she has led bold initiatives with two Idaho Governor, national foundations, and grassroots organizations, leveraging human-centered design to drive systemic change. Whether coaching leaders, designing high-impact programs, or challenging the status quo, Blossom is on a mission to spark smarter giving and stronger nonprofits.
Faith, family, and community fuel her purpose. When she’s not leading change, you’ll find her serving others, playing pickleball, or making waves—literally—in the pool.
Blossom also runs the Nonprofit Success Lab, a workshop that explores new solutions and learning to help grow established and emerging leaders at not for profit organizations. She notes, “almost every nonprofit organization is led by business and community leaders with a passion for impact but who may or may not have the acumen, skills and tools to be highly effective. Long-lasting nonprofits have strong foundations and operational structures that are built by well-prepared leaders which is the focus of these workshops.”
