CarrieRae is the co-founder and Chairman of the Board of FOB Rasor, where she provides
strategic leadership and oversight for the organization’s operations, programs, and marketing
initiatives. With a strong commitment to service, community impact, and organizational growth,
she plays a key role in advancing FOB Rasor’s mission and long-term vision.
A licensed Speech-Language Pathologist with more than 25 years of experience, CarrieRae has
worked across a variety of clinical settings including pediatrics, home health, and inpatient
rehabilitation. Her extensive healthcare background has shaped her compassionate leadership
style and deep understanding of advocacy, communication, and patient-centered care.
In addition to her nonprofit leadership, CarrieRae is the founder and operator of
Undersummers.com, a women’s apparel brand she launched and has successfully managed for
over 15 years. Through Undersummers, she has built a business centered on helping women
feel comfortable, confident, and empowered.
Her unique blend of clinical experience, entrepreneurial spirit, and servant leadership continues
to shape the way she leads, serves, and builds meaningful impact in the lives of others.
