Social: 7:45 am AKDT/8:45 am PDT (bring your coffee!)

Only about 1 in 4 who start the challenge of trekking the Appalachian Trail makes it all the way.  From a goal 6 years in the making, Lorrie Hess completed her own 199-day journey of mastering the 2190 miles of the Appalachian Trail, the story she tells in More than Footsteps.

Lorrie’s next goal? "I am climbing mountains in New Mexico and Colorado now with the goal to reach the highest point of each state.” She has already climbed Mt. Fuji and other international peaks in preparation.

Join us this Saturday online for this motivational account of determination, physical intensity, perseverance and joy and Lorrie’s own discoveries of commitment, community and confidence. The meeting log in information is on the homepage.
